The medium-large, smooth 3 and 4 inch lobed fruits matures green to a chocolate color and they are tobacco mosaic resistant. Chocolate Beauty is an incredibly delicious sweet pepper, especially when they are mature and fully ripe. Pinch off early flowers to encourage plant growth. Peppers use quite a bit of water but prefer to be watered deeply and not too often. Blossom pruning will improve fruit size.”
