Jacobs Ladder Bressingham Purple

The Polemonium ‘Bressingham Purple’ has dark purple, fern like foliage and large, single, light violet blue flowers. The light violet blue flowers open to bright yellow, adding delightful charm to its foliage. ‘Bressingham Purple’ blooms from June to July with a plant height of 18 28” and a spread of 18”.‘Bressingham Purple’ needs to be planted in a full shaded area but will tolerate some morning sun in well drained soil. Try planting it with Polemonium ‘Brise d’Anjou Jacob’s Ladder’ or Hosta ‘Patriot’, in mass plantings, in rock gardens or in an elegant landscape. ‘Bressingham Purple’ is attractive to bees and butterflies and easy to maintain.
