The candle flame shaped fruit is 3 long and begin dark green and turn to red when mature. The unique flavor of 'Serrano del Sol' makes it a great choice for cooking and is not excessively hot. Being an early variety, Serrano del Sol is suitable for short season regions. Capsicum refers to a wide variety of tropical pepper plants with the genus of the same name.
